OPTIMUS - Physiotherapy & Pain Clinic has chosen not to have an agreement with the public health insurance. You therefore do not need a doctor's referral to book an appointment with us.
For you as a customer, this means that there is a deductible on all our services.
If you are a member of Sygesikringen "danmark", we can report this automatically.
If you have health insurance, you pay for your treatments yourself and subsequently settle with your insurance company.
OPTIMUS TREATMENT COURSE
When purchasing a treatment course or cutting card, the treatments must be used within 6 months from the first treatment date.
The amount is non-refundable.
Payment
Payment is made after each treatment.
You can pay with Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay
Cancellation rules
Timely cancellation must be made no later than 6 pm the day before and notified via mail .
In the event of late cancellation, a fee of DKK 199 will be added.
