For you as a customer, this means that there is a deductible on all our services.

If you have health insurance, you pay for your treatments yourself and subsequently settle with your insurance company.
OPTIMUS TREATMENT COURSE
When purchasing a treatment course or cutting card, the treatments must be used within 6 months from the first treatment date.
The amount is non-refundable.

As P-DTR is a very in-depth, neurological approach to treating the musculoskeletal system, we are very interested in all of your past physical (and possibly emotional) traumas. Regardless of how far back in your life the traumas occurred, it is our experience that some of these will have a bearing on the problems you are experiencing today, because the body, the nervous system and your history are interconnected.
It would therefore be a huge help (and time-saving in terms of consultations) if you would send the following information to our email, especially things that happened in the period leading up to you first experiencing your current symptoms:
Overview of past traumas (as far back as you can remember)
For example, blows to the head, falls, broken bones, sprained joints, burns, surgeries, scars and tattoos
What worsens and what helps your symptoms?
Are you struggling with something other than what you mainly want help with?
Cancellation rules
Timely cancellation must be made no later than 6 pm the day before and notified via mail .
In the event of late cancellation, a fee of DKK 199 will be added.
Important info regarding health insurance
If you have health insurance, you pay for your own treatments and subsequently settles with your insurance company.
It is your own responsibility to keep track of those requirements as your health insurance provides - before you book an appointment with us.
