Important info regarding health insurance

If you have health insurance, you pay for your own treatments  and subsequently settles with your insurance company.

It is your own responsibility to keep track of those requirements  as your health insurance provides - before you book an appointment with us.

OPTIMUS - Physiotherapy & Pain Clinic has chosen not to have an agreement with the public health insurance. This means that you do not need a doctor's referral to book an appointment with us.

For you as a customer, this means that there  is deductible for all our services.

If you are a member of Sygesikringen Danmark, we can report this automatically.

OPTIMUS TREATMENT COURSE

When purchasing treatment courses  the treatments must be used within 4 months.

The amount is non-refundable.
